CRAFTING EFFECTIVE WRITING. JOURNAL WRITING.
TASK:
In your journal, write down a list of at least five to ten nouns and five to ten adjectives as you observe a scene at home, work or in your community. Add verbs amd adverbs- Add a couple of sentences using all of them.
NOUNS VERBS ADJECTIVES ADVERBS
downside emerge bound bitterly
fracture grow laid-back distinctly
anchor light beep simultaneous rapidly
hustle move sure unusually
bustle inspect tardy early
riser regret shabby steadily
I bitterly regret not to rapidly emerge from my shabby bed as an early riser should steadily do when my alarm for six beeps unusually and all the simultaneous hustle and bustle of Aachen life grow in size like a sure fracture between day and night. On the bound downside, my laid-back snow-bound attitude is like a leap in the dark without an anchor light. I am always tardy.
